The hotel is located in a posh and safe area, close to Shanshel Mall and other outlets. the building is modern and clean, with a high standard of finish. the staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast offers an excellent variety of choices, including made to order coffee.
The mattresses need to be improved to provide a more comfortable sleep. the restaurant's ventilation is not adequate, and smoking is allowed, making it difficult to work or enjoy an evening meal.

Breakfast is served in abundance with various sumptuous options. the courteous staff is always attentive and eager to please, making for a comfortable stay.
The smoking policy in the dining area is unfavorable who find the smoke unbearable, hindering a pleasant experience.

The place was clean and the toilets too. Staff were kind, helpful and polite. The proximity of the hotel to Shanshel malls as well as other outlets was strategic.
The mattresses provided in the room were not comfortable. Trying to get a good sleep was almost impossible.
